The hotel had everything we needed for a fun and enjoyable vacation with our friends. The facilities were fantastic - the 24-hour reception made it easy to check in and out, and the wireless internet in the lobby allowed us to stay connected. The three outdoor swimming pools were perfect for relaxing and cooling off, and we had a blast playing mini golf and garden chess. The tennis court and TV room were also great for keeping us entertained. And the best part? The hotel had car parking, so we could easily explore the beautiful island of Tenerife!
If there was one thing we could ask for, it would be more nightlife and party activities for young people like us. While the hotel had plenty of fun amenities, we wished there were more options for late-night entertainment and parties.

I recently stayed at Parque Vacacional Eden for a relaxing getaway. The hotel's surroundings were stunning, with beautiful gardens and a lovely inner park. They offered a range of amenities, including massage services, mini golf, and even an EV charger. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. I also had the pleasure of attending a fantastic BBQ party one night. my experience at Parque Vacacional Eden was truly enjoyable.
Can recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, lovely and extensive gardens
No means of cooling the rooms except opening doors - a problem as there are mozzies. Location up a steep hill from the town and not much entertainment in or around the hotel.

Enjoyed my Easter holiday at a hotel with beautiful, well-maintained grounds. The breakfast options were really nice, especially the Spanish omelette. Also enjoyed the themed dinner evenings that featured a lot of vegetarian options. The hotel's shuttle was a lifesaver for getting around the hilly area. The outdoor pool was a good size and perfect for doing length swims.
The Wi-Fi was not free in the rooms and had to pay separately, which was quite inconvenient. The shower water had an unpleasant smell and there was no daily towel or bedding service. The view from our room was quite dull with a hedge and dead flowers.

Good place, easy to reach if u have a car, at the beginning was hard, but then just have to remember where it is and always used direction to Loro parque to come back to the hotel, so it's easy. Very quiet place, so very quiet nights, no wildlife :). not far away from the centre, of course if u have a car, but generally 9 / 10

was a nice hotel and good value. not very busy and a bit dated but perfect for what we were looking for. Its in a big garden area so lots of wildlife i guess! We enjoyed but a but of an uphill walk from town.
it did have a cockroach in bathroom 3 times over 10 days but the cleaners were very good.

The location in Puerto de la Cruz is just great as a base for trips across the north of the tenerife. The location in the city is also good, although it is not ease to get there. The green surroundings are great - there is a garden behind the hotel. Other parks very near. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The staff helpful and nice. Comfortable parking.
Old building but this is very typical in the city.It is on the hill so there is quite an effort to get downtown/the beach and back on foot. There is a courtesy bus however. Still a car is very helpfull.

Located in a quiet and serene setting, this hotel is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday. Surrounded by well-maintained gardens and just a short walk to a good supermarket, you’ll have everything you need at your fingertips. You can easily take a taxi to get around or simply enjoy walking to nearby attractions. The hotel has excellent facilities, including a pool and easy access to the sea. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the delicious breakfast buffet is not to be missed.
While there’s a lot to enjoy at this hotel, some facilities may not meet everyone’s expectations.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location, atop a steep hill, provides a peaceful retreat in lovely gardens just away from the buzz of the centre. The beautifully maintained gardens and the view from the huge balcony overlooking the hills make for a picturesque setting. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a kitchenette and a sofa bed in the lounge area. Plus, breakfast is included, making it a convenient and satisfying way to start the day.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.

All of your staff are realy pleasant and helpfull (exceptional receptionist). Also your hotel is very quiet. Guests privacy is real good.
In evening and without gps is realy hard to find you. I had just a map, so I was looking for you more than half an hour. I saw just one sign where to go. I think, more signs would help your guests to find you better.
